CAMT XML Validator – Layered Local Checks

Run XML safety, exact identification, semantic, and reconciliation checks with separate results instead of a single ambiguous valid badge.

Inputs

  • Supported camt.052, camt.053, or camt.054 XML

Outputs

  • Stable diagnostic codes with severity and source evidence
  • Currency-aware reconciliation results where the required balances exist

How it works

  1. Open the file locally.
  2. Confirm exact namespace identification.
  3. Review XML, identification, semantic, reconciliation, and unavailable layers independently.

Versions and hierarchy

  • Semantic checks: registered V08 and V14 namespaces
  • Exact XSD execution: currently unavailable

Diagnostics identify document, container, balance, entry, or transaction-detail context.

Amounts, signs, and preservation

Reconciliation uses exact decimals, explicit currencies, selected balance types, and entry-level totals only.

The original file remains unchanged and recoverable. Every download profile states its assumptions and transformation or loss behavior.

Limits and claims we do not make

  • The exact-XSD layer is disabled until reviewed official schema packages are bundled.
  • No bank or ERP compatibility claim is inferred from semantic success.
  • A signed document is detected but its cryptographic validity is not verified.

Synthetic example

Use the public synthetic samples to examine structure without exposing a real account or transaction.
