CAMT entries become :61: rows; selected references and remittance become generic :86: narrative, so child hierarchy is flattened explicitly.

Amounts, signs, and preservation

Lexical decimal digits are retained with an MT940 decimal comma; CRDT/DBIT and reversal flags determine the MT940 mark without floating-point conversion.

The original file remains unchanged and recoverable. Every download profile states its assumptions and transformation or loss behavior.

Limits and claims we do not make

  • Bank-specific :86: variants are not inferred or claimed compatible.
  • Missing or ambiguous balances, dates, directions, accounts, or currencies stop export.
  • The output is a lossy legacy representation and includes a companion report.
