Prefer relational sheets

Accounts, balances, entries, transaction details, and references have different cardinalities. Separate sheets prevent row multiplication and accidental double totals.

Treat values safely

Identifiers should remain text, exact amount strings should remain available, and cells beginning with formula-sensitive characters must be neutralised.

Do not imply compatibility

A readable workbook is not proof that an ERP will import it. Import profiles require separately dated, target-specific evidence.
